ViWO is always looking for experienced cloud software solutions professionals to grow our team and serve our expanding client base. We enable our clients with cloud solutions, which means we also work as a team within the cloud. Unless it is specified otherwise in the position description, you can work from anywhere within the United States or Canada. Our head office is in West Los Angeles, California. For any one of our positions, you must have experience with Google's G Suite.
You’re an aggressive self-starter with experience in technology sales that will build solid relationships with our partners and clients. You will need to be familiar with G Suite. You’ll develop leads into sales, uncover opportunities with current clients in tandem with account managers, and help our clients make their businesses better with the array of tools we can provide. This position would be based in our head office office in West Los Angeles, California.
You will work with our team to configure, install and troubleshoot the cloud software solutions that we offer. Experience with cloud deployment, G Suite, and integration between solutions is essential. Your skill set should include a number of different cloud development platforms and machine languages.
You will oversee the planning and implementation of projects with specific deliverables. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, status reports, managing staff and working with the client as a point of contact. Knowledge of various project management styles and tools is preferred, as is a familiarity with G Suite. Excellent interpersonal skills are required as you will be dealing with both clients and our team.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with current clients. You must have experience with both customer service and sales and be very comfortable with phone and in-person communications. You will be the first point of contact for our clients on most issues, and will ensure that the client’s requests are looked after in a timely manner and to their satisfaction. You will also identify opportunities for sales of other solutions with our current client base. You will have experience using G Suite.
ViWO is committed to ensuring that our clients are getting the most out of their solutions. To do this, we require software trainers with experience in education to offer in-person training, co-ordinate and broadcast webinars, and help to prepare training materials for our clients. Experience with G Suite is required.
One of ViWO’s core strengths is our attention to our clients after they have purchased a solution. You will make ViWO look good with attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and ensuring that the client gets answers to questions in a timely and precise manner. You must have experience in customer service for software solutions, and experience with G Suite.
You will work in tandem with our team to ensure that the client’s software integration with our cloud solutions goes smoothly. You will have experience in software and app integration with cloud solutions, including G Suite; a broad range of IT skills, and a sharp eye for troubleshooting.
We’re always looking for accredited business analysts who can help us identify opportunities for our clients by examining their processes. The business analyst will work closely with the sales team to drill down on new opportunities for the client as well as for ViWO.
You can easily take a client requirement for an application and make it happen with skilful attention to detail and process documentation. You have an education in computer science and practical experience in cloud software development and deployment.
